We are incorporating more whole grains into our school meals to provide more nutrients and fiber – which means long- lasting energy for our children and teens. We’ve cut the fat, trans-fats and sodium levels in our school breakfasts and lunches, and are eliminating fried foods, often exceeding state guidelines.
Our menus meet all the nutritional guidelines set by the Department of Agriculture. All food is prepared fresh daily in our commercial kitchen. We have experienced the need for a convenient school lunch program that offers nutritional lunch selections in addition to popular lunch items for our children.
