Karson Foods services schools, child care centers, after school programs, adult behavioral and senior programs throughout the state of New Jersey. We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and provide our customers with monthly menus for each type of meal. Our menus meet all the nutritional guidelines set by the Department of Agriculture. All food is prepared fresh daily in our commercial kitchen.
We are incorporating more whole grains into our school meals to provide more nutrients and fiber – which means long- lasting energy for our children and teens. Developing a good rapport with schools and districts, and maintaining excellent client relationships are critical to Karson Food’s team of Registered Dietitians, School Nutrition Specialists, Corporate Chefs, and Field Supervisors. Together, we maintain the ongoing integrity of your school’s nutrition programs.
Our production and distribution center is centrally located to allow timely deliveries to most areas of Southern, Central and Northern New Jersey.
